Q: Where is my order shipped from?

A: We process all of our orders, both domestic and international, from our distribution partners  located throughout the U.S

Q: What currency are the prices displayed in?

A: Currencies are base on the country selection on the home page. Default pricing is in US Dollars. If you pay by credit card outside North America, your credit card company will convert automatically to your domestic currency value & in many cases the exchange rate & conversion will appear on your CC statement.

Q: Can I pay for an order by Check or Money Order?

A: Please note, for your privacy and convenience we accept, Paypal, Debit, Visa, MasterCard  and
American Express. Due to our strict privacy ordering system, we do not accept checks or money orders.

Q: Can I order by phone?

A: Sorry, we are not able to handle telephone orders at this time.

Q: Are the prices on competitive to retail store prices??

A: Yes! In some cases products are offered at a reduced price online. This is because we can pass on the cost savings of shipping directly to our customers. All prices are continually reviewed to ensure our customers are always getting a great price!

Q: Are all the products available online carried in retail stores?

A: Not necessarily. Although retail stores carry a large selection of our items, they do not stock all 2000+ products that appear on our website. If you have seen a product in a store that you do not see online, please contact us & we will  try to arrange a special order at no additional cost.

Q: Can I return my order?

A: Due to the nature of the products we sell, we do not accept any returns. If your product is damaged or defective, please contact us. For complete details, see our warranties and refunds page.

Q: How long does it take to receive my order?

Q:Will anyone know what is in my shipment?

A: No. We understand discretion is important to some customers. All orders are packaged in either a plain corrugated box or bubble envelope & they are not marked with the product or company name. For complete details, see our Billing and Shipping page.

Q: There are so many choices on your website, I can’t decide what to buy!

A: Candied Couples is proud of the large selection we offer. If you are unsure of exactly what you’re looking for, try selecting your “Candy Type” to narrow down your search.
You can add or delete variables to further narrow down your search by sub categories within your candy type.

Q: Why does my product look different than the picture on the website?

A: We try our hardest to accurately represent each and every product that we sell. Some companies may change the appearance of their product without notice. As such, there may be minor differences in the product you receive compared to the image(s) on our website.
