Our goal is to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. When you receive your package, please check the package to make sure there is no carrier damage. If the package has significant damage and you feel this might have potentially damaged the items inside, do not open the package, but mark the package Return to Sender and return it with the carrier.
Due to the intimate nature of most of the products we sell, all sales are final and we do not accept returns. As a result of this policy, we only offer products that have been tested and are of the highest quality.
We will exchange a product within 30 days if it has a manufacturer’s defect and you have both the original receipt and packaging. Some products have extended long term manufacturer warranties that may also apply with original receipt and packaging. Shipping expenses are non-refundable.
When you receive your package, please open and test all battery operated products. If you find an item to be damaged or defective, please contact us immediately regarding getting it replaced. Please note we are not responsible for defects or damage caused by customer error and will not accept goods that have been used. In order for us to accept a return for damages or defectives, it must be approved through one of our customer service representatives.
After goods have been returned to our facility and inspected and confirmed for damages or defectives we will process a replacement order. Replacement orders are shipped at no cost to you.
